Great fun! The big kids got to play dress ups. Oh yeah... and the ceremony? That was good too. :-)

The teachers are the ones with the colors, including the dork in front of the camera :). The students are lined up over against the far wall. The teacher in pink is overseeing them.
This photo was taken as we were all lining up getting ready to process out into the auditorium, Year 12 students to their places and teachers to theirs.
I could go on and describe the event in detail but that would be boring. Enough to say that the gowns and the ceremony were helpful. It all brought a stronger sense of seriousness and purpose to the event. These guys (the Year 12 students) are important and this is a special and important moment for them. The gowns and the ceremony helps to underline that and to honor it.
Well done Year 12s. We are proud of you.
